Students investigate best practices in business communication by writing effective letters, memos, emails, and reports. They learn the importance of oral communication and practice delivering presentations. During the course, students explore how to use artificial intelligence responsibly to improve their research and writing skills. TSI Restriction(s): Reading, Math, Writing

Prerequisites: ENGL 1301 and ENGL 1302.

Restrictions: Graduate level students may not enroll.
